Joyce's Bean Dip
Wonderful recipe from Joyce Sfetku, our old neighbors on 185th avenue.
Ingredients

| 1 | 13 x 9" pan |
| 1 can | PAM spray oil |
| 2 can | Refried beans (small cans) |
| ¾ C | Mayo |
| 8 oz. | Sour Cream (or ¾ C) |
| 1 pkg | Taco Seasoning Mix |
| 1 can | Green Chilis (diced) |
| 1 tub | Avacado dip |
| 1 can | olives |
| 4 | tomatoes |
| 1 bunch | green onions |
| cheddar cheese | |
| jack cheese | |
Preparation
- Spray a 9x13" pan with Pam.
- Layer #1: Spread 2 small cans refried beans on bottom
- Layer #2: Mix ¾ cup of Mayo with Sour Cream Taco Seasoning mix and green chilis
- Layer #3: Avacado dip
- Layer #4: Top with olives, tomatoes, green onions, cheddar cheese, jack cheese
